I am so unbelievably fed up with this location. I don’t know if all FSL locations have the same issues, but after being a client here since 2018 I’ve had more than enough. I want to start this by saying my issue is not with my providers. The therapists and psychiatrists I’ve seen are more than amazing at what they do. Considered a specialty place to some insurances. If you don't pay the copay, which unfortunately in this economy is too much, they will cancel whatever remaining appointments you have and don't call you to inform you those appointments have been canceled. My schedule was in conflict with the worker I had so she said someone would reach out. No one ever did. I had to find a new place of service after finding all this out. Money hungry.
Worst place ever, can't make a much needed appointment with out a runaround, I'm disgusted with this place and at there mercy to get my kids appt for therapy, shame on you for making my life more stressful, as if having a mentally ill kid wasn't punishing enough...No one returns calls, ever.There is no help with medicine problems, they treat you like you are pill shopping..I'm not an addict, I just want my daughters medicine to be correct... Therapist never returns calls...
