Poor communication consistently
It was not a good experience for my child or myself. Therapist didn't know her name an hour after her appointment after seeing her several times and requesting records is unbelievably difficult. Never again.
Ever since they switched owners to "Astra" its impossible to get scheduled and theyre always short staffed. Not impressed
