I tried to donate non-perishable food to their recent food drive. I’ve made three phone calls requesting the food to be picked up, always being assured it would be; however, after over two weeks, it’s still on my porch. I hope they treat their clients better than they do their donors...not that I’ve even been able to donate. I’ll drop the items off at the Salvation Army...a truly deserving agency that provides a myriad of service and shows appreciation to their donors.

We have donated to RFS for the last couple years and love it. This is an amazing organization who help all ages better their lives. My son, an 8 year old, loves helping to collect large amounts of items to donate. We will be life long supporters and helpers of this organization. ♡
Place has gone down hill fast. Terrible management, no order, messy, tragic.
