At the passing of my mother over three years ago, a tree was purchased from Family Roots that was to be planted in her memory; we are still waiting on it. Despite numerous calls and visits on our part and promises by them, the only attempt to deliver a live tree was that of a more common (i.e. less expensive) variety which was loaded “by accident”. Loved the succulent workshop today! Fast and informative! I loved my end product.
I went to a succulent workshop there and it was great! The prices are nice and the people are very knowledgeable! I will be attending more workshops in the future!
Family Roots goes above and beyond for their customers! They have treated my dad, (Lonnie Dohoney), and I so well and are always willing to do whatever we ask when it comes to flowers for my mom. Her passing has been very difficult but they have made decorating her grave so much easier!!
