Per the city this business is registered as a Medical Building. They inform law enforcement that they are a after school program, a day care, and a summer camp. I highly doubt that this place even has a licensee to teach or provide any type of "day care". They allow trash to blow all over the neighborhood with the children, name, parents name, address and phone number. They allow the kids to scream at the top of their lungs. Family Restoration service provider in the area displays concerning behavior. They permit unsupervised children to run across the street, with minimal adult oversight for a large group of kids. Moreover, they allow these children to intrude on neighbors' properties without permission, leading to conflicts such as involving law enforcement.
