Family Resource Home Care has really gone downhill since changing ownership from OPPO. Working with them made life harder, not easier. I had no choice but to fire them. The administrative team made *constant* mistakes, leaving me with no help or the wrong help regularly. Their mistakes required quite a bit of my time to fix. And most of the caregivers were untrained and unprofessional.

Family Resource Home Care has really gone downhill. I finally had no choice but to fire them. The administrative team made constant mistakes, leaving me without help at the last minute too many times. Their mistakes also required lots of my time to resolve them. Most of the caregivers were untrained and unprofessional. They had never been informed of the most basic rules. Working with Family Resource made life harder, not easier.

E.J. works with one the residents at our facility and is so aware of that resident's needs. She alwats encourages her client to attend activities and is attentive to ways she can enrich her day. I am beyond impressed with her professionalism and how well she works with memory care situations.

The staff at Oppo are very warm and caring. Amanda and Autumn are here on a regular basis which is such a relief for me. I know that my mom will be cared for with love and understanding for the difficulties she is experiencing. She will also be treated with dignity which I cannot thank them enough for. I can leave the house and go about my day without the stress of not being there for my mom. I know that they will take care of her as if she was their own mom.
