Y'all deleted my review trying to cover up your unprofessionalism DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILIES TO BE CARED FOR HERE. Hard to get a hold of, no accountability whatsoever. Heard many families having to cancel because of call outs, caregivers being blamed for miscommunication when THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Tracy Pike!!! So kind, caring, & understanding when dealing with my situation. She went above & beyond, especially with calling me back to confirm follow through and the next steps. Highly recommend getting the chance to speak with her to problem solve.
