(No you guys didn't try to contact as you said. I wasted my day waiting for the call for "further steps on training and onboarding")I was offered a job and received an email outlining training details along with a promise for a follow-up call. However, after that initial communication, I was completely ghosted and left waiting for four days. It is almost impossible to reach anyone on tbe phone and they are less than prompt on returning calls. They DO have caregivers that show up for the given shifts but alot of them won't clean..they are good about getting you to stores ect but if you live in pullman they won't let the caregivers take ypu to lewiston. They can't do my dishes since my minor child lives with me and uses the dishes..I'm just not impressed especially with how the staff talks to me on tbe phone and talks down to me like I'm a child when I'm fully in ... read more
