Updated Review for 2026: Morgan, Maeva, Jadyn and Kathy have been great with assisting me and making sure i'm getting all the help I need. I've had some pretty big struggles whethere that be bad caregivers, needing added time or finding some care when I need it and they've been on top of it. I have been so happy with the services that Family Resources provides. I had a urgent unexpected need for these services. Once I made the initial call, they had someone there the next morning to do an assessment of my needs. They quickly got through all the paperwork & were able to get services started that day. I have been perfectly matched with caregivers who are all wonderful. They have each done a super job in meeting all my needs. Sadly, we did not have a good experience. Premiering and set up for services was wonderful. First week, showed up on wrong day, then no one showed up for the next shift, or the one following. No communication as to caregivers not being able to show up.

I’m not a review writer, but this must be said. If you only need care for the basics, such as cooking cleaning, errands, companionship great! But if you need assistance from chair to wheelchair to bathroom and a shower. They don’t have them prepared for that. Thankfully we stuck around to see what was going on. Had to show them. Very disappointing for the price.
