Was charged for my rental that was supposed to be delivered today and they no showed and aren’t answering the phone!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN OR BREAKING AND DANGEROUS TO RIDE! My group rented 7 bicycles and 3 tricycles for a week long event in Miami. On the day of rental, 9 bicycles and 2 tricycles were delivered because they didnt have enough tricycles. DO NOT USE this company!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not use this company! I hired them To bring a small children’s table with 10 chairsfor my granddaughter’s birthday party and paid in advance. We went over the details for the date and time and they even called to confirm the day before. They had the nerve to show up AFTER the party to deliver my kids table after everyone had gone home! DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING OR TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. I was guaranteed a lift chair after major surgery, confirmed the day before and the morning of. All the employees were very rude and left me on hold for extended periods of time up to 20 minutes. After stringing me along all day that they were “on the way,” one employee was so rude; yelling at me that the drivers could not drop what they are doing and come to my home because of “driver safety.” She sounded like she was under the influence.
