I think their course for Husband/ wife family violence was good. Hlwould be helpful to many. But was a little bit sad how stereotypical it was. Absolutely useless huge amount of valuable time and wages wasted apperantly just one phone call and agreeing to mediation in 3days but become Unable to contact..Im eventually told 3months later after being strung along by the mediators "ill call you in 3days ,next week,ignoring all the child's welfare/school absence mother in breach federal family court orders....Raquel marked Certificate "Both Parties Complied Satisfactory Effort Attempt to Mediation"....?im calling ombudsman.
After reading reviews and personal experience this place is a joke. They cause conflict where there wasn't before. They put there own opinions onto the child instead of helping.
