Awful. Zero training. Zero communication. Almost quit the entire program because my experience with Family Quality Care. The staff I was working with apparently signed my name on the app because I didn't even know I had to approve EVV. I didnt even know what app they use. And I thought I was getting 5 hours a week but my IHS & homemaker services were actually for 20/hr week. Once a week she would sit in my living room I watched her sign in and out, manually submitting the timesheet & now realize she was also signing my name.... read more
The one real person in the ratings gave it a 1 that should tell you all you need to know.
Horrible and disrespectful people the lady working there have bad attitude while you talking other employees she interrupt you disgusting place I don't recommend any one The one given 5 stars are relatives and employees working there but reality I am giving -100000.
