The owner of the business is incredibly rude and snappy over email. It was such a surreal experience trying to advocate for myself over the past six months. I requested a new therapist, and they told me to wait until the person who does the psych evals to come back. That was four months ago. They've made no attempt to reach me by call, text or email, until I followed up with them. If you are in a crisis, trying to better your life in any significant way, DO NOT waste your time with these people.
They ghosted me after I got my diagnosis. Called multiple times and got sent to voicemail. Sent an email to Crenshaw and he didn’t reply. Stephanie morroowe- the physiologist I saw- wasn’t really interested in helping me. Shame…
I've been a client here for about a year and I've been happy with the services I've received. I got in pretty quickly initially. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Andrea is a great therapist and Adrian C has been awesome for medication management. It's really nice being to see them both in the same building too as I can schedule my appointments back to back and see them both in one trip. They've both been integral in learning how to manage my ADHD and bipolar disorder and I definitely recommend this establishment.
