Rented with them for 2 and a half years. They were the first PM company we have dealt with in the Vegas area, and they were a breath of fresh air compared to the slumlords in the Midwest. They were always very friendly, pleasant, and easy to deal with from when we applied to after moving out. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly. Having rented this home for nearly 10yrs now, I would have to highly recommend the team at Family Properties Mgmt for always being so efficient in solving any problem we’ve ever had here - which have been few, actually… Eddie, Mikhail, and Eric have been great to work with, and appreciate them so much, they feel like family…!
Family Property Mgmt LLC has been my management company for two rental properties in Las Vegas for 4-plus years. Their service has been above and beyond my expectations. First and foremost, the staff handles HOA complaints, which can take months. The staff stays on top of the status of the HOA complaint, relieving me of the constant oversight and hassle.
