They send patient information to uninvolved 3rd parties which is clearly a HIPAA violation. In my case, when I called to inform them that they have the wrong contact information for a patient, I get a raised voice telling me not to be "rude" and then hung up on. Apparently being rude is something as simple as trying to inform a clinic that they have the wrong contact information for a patient.

Don’t go here!!! Front desk very nice but Nurse Sean is no help at all!! I saw the nurse for twenty minutes for a back injury from a fall all said was it’s your sciatic nerve so go on a diet!! Then charged me $739 for that! In my opinion a Complete rip off nurse playing doctor!!
Do not go here, they will scam you. I recently moved to LHC and needed a new primary care doc to have a prescription transferred. I am a healthy 41 Y/O male. After my new patient visit, I was charged $490!!!! I thought this was outrageous, but I paid it. This is at least double what the industry norm is for a new patient assessment. I THEN received an email invoice a couple days later stating I owe another $874!!!! This is criminal folks. I will never go back there and will definitely not be paying this second invoice.
