The lady is the front desk named Jonah is very caring and patient, one of the best walk-in clinic that I have ever went to, would recommend to everyone 前台名叫Jonah的接待员非常友好和耐心，这家是我目前来过最好的免预约诊所，非常推荐这家！
Grat location, quick service
I think this clinic is great overall. The reception can sometimes feel a bit stressful, but they handle a high volume of patients, and everyone has off days. The healthcare services themselves are great, and I’ve never had any issues with the doctors.
Why they do not hire better qualified receptionists for this clinic, instead of settling with the longtime Philippine and Indian receptionists they have there. As mentioned by one of the reviewers, these receptionists are incapable of saying sorry to the patients whenever they make a mistake. They will even argue with the patient to insist on their point. What happened to customer or patient service? If only there is a good alternative to this bad option, will say goodbye to this clinic.
Response to owner's response: It has been 4 months since the owner replied to our review. Unfortunately, since then, the problems of the clinic still remain the same if not getting worse. After some more buttering up comments by the owner, just like how their receptionists butter up to the doctors but not to the patients, they then say "We’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and make sure your concerns are properly addressed.
