I just want to know why someone would write a review and admit they've never been there? How would you know about the service if you've never been? Don't write a review if you've never experienced the service. I personally have gotten all my dentistry done at Dr. Madson's office and he did an exceptional job. As well as the hygienist. My teeth have never been so clean. Joie does an amazing job.
If you have insurance find somewhere that takes it. They'll tell you they take your insurance when they don't take ANY at all. If you want to know for yourself get their provider # and call the insurance company on your own! I'll admit I've never been but this lie alone is making me go all the way to Augusta to see the dentist
You guys might want to look into what it would take to get the review removed. I'm searching for a dentist myself at this time, and just one bad review, explained away or not, still quickly turns away business. In this case, it's the only review you have, so there's nothing else to base your practice on other than first hand experience.
