GREAT PRACTICE, STAFF AND FACILITY – AS A CURRENT PATIENT AT THIS PRACTICE, I HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER A SITUATION TO WHICH I WAS UNSATISFIED WITH. THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT, COURTIOUS AND RESPECTFUL. DR. LAMY IS CONSTANTLY TRYING TO IMPROVE THE WELL BEING OF HIS PATIENTS. Austin's Worst Doctor – I can see why the employee felt the need to air this business to the public. You can see simply by the fact that someone from the office responded to a "disgruntled" employee online shows their negligence. How unprofessional and sad... AND take a look at that horrible punctuation and grammar in the office response. The employee is well spoken and has proper grammar and punctuation..The office response is atrocious. Professional – I liked my experience there at Family Practice Clinic, I was there to get a pap smear and the two doctors were very professional, helpful and informative. The staff was friendly. I definitely will be coming back.

Patient Brenda Johns, since Sept 2011 says. I really do like Dr Lamy and his team they are wonderful from the front door to the back. I have never went to the doctor and felt like it was about me. But with Dr Lamy he made me feel like it it was about me and my concerns. We need more doctors like Dr Lamy.

WORST DR'S OFFICE IN TOWN – This is one of the most unethical Dr's office I have ever worked for. I am a former employee and in the 6 months I worked there the narcotics prescription pad was stolen 2x. An employee stole credit cards from one of the managers and after she got caught there was no disciplinary action and that manager went out of his way to say good morning to her and thank her for doing her job! Then lent her a large amount of money a few days before payday and she took her check and the loan and never came bac... read more
