She's a very wonderful good hearted true caring person who shows she cares for her patients
I saw Dr Carter for several years. I had the same complaint during most of the time I saw her. It was never addressed until it became clear I had a big problem. Even then, she tried to avoid seeing me. I saw another doctor who quickly diagnosed uterine cancer. I was not satisfied with Dr Carter's care or should I say lack of care.
I had seen Dr. Carter for many years when my insurance changed, I haven’t been well since. I’m trying to find where she is located to see if my 2019 new insurance is accepted. Please help me find her. Tshelyne@yahoo.com
Dr. Carter exemplifies what being a good doctor is all about!! A rare dying breed, I feel so lucky to have found her.
I have been seeing Dr. Carter for several years now, and so has my husband. I was fortunate enough to have her recommended to me by my physician who was retiring. Dr Carter is the BEST PCP I have ever had. She even prefers that I get flu shots at her office so her patients can have quality flu shots that she enjoys herself. When she refers me to other doctors/specialists, she sends me to the ones she knows to be the best in the field in Portland, which is where others doctors go.
She only persuades to get her flu shots as they are some special ones so she can keep her money that she payed for them herself .
