This review concerns ONLY lab services. I needed labs so had orders for standard blood draw. First day I went I was told no blood draws due to "no supplies". Was told someone would call. I could not call them directly due to call center use. No call. Second day same thing...I had to come in and check..no blood draws. Third day went in at 10:30 a.m. and was told that so many patients had come in early they couldn't take any more due to lab person taking Friday afternoon off. Really? Just because am a walk in doesn’t mean you can treat a patient with less respect. The front counter person doesn’t know how to be polite and respectful! Time to change Doctors now!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for about five years, and over the years it has gone from tolerable to complete chaos. It is disorganized, inefficient & one receives mixed messages from the medical staff. The bedside manners may be great but it’s not worth the amount of time you are expected to waste not to mention the scavenger hunt one has to go through to find out who is the next person to do your basic annual wellness. Have been a patient to this Clinic for more than 20 years, on and off. Never been seen by the primary Doctor, always by a different Ph. A. every time. Last visit, Ph.A. didn't know how to read my lab and exam result ordered by another Ph. A. Walked out with no info. on my medical condition. Unfortunately, I have lost my time and money on medical practitioners that don't care for their patient's health.
