Some guy called me about a 2 year old refund but was extremely rude. After I said he can donate the refund to a charity he said in a vulgar tone: “We’ll just go ahead and keep the money.” What a terrible person that they are employing
This review concerns ONLY lab services. I needed labs so had orders for standard blood draw. First day I went I was told no blood draws due to "no supplies". Was told someone would call. I could not call them directly due to call center use. No call. Second day same thing...I had to come in and check..no blood draws. Third day went in at 10:30 a.m. and was told that so many patients had come in early they couldn't take any more due to lab person taking Friday afternoon off. Really?
