Dr. Fairbanks has always been generous with her time and ear! She has compassion and knowledge which she communicates with layperson terms without being condescending. She is always listening and making eye contact and not clicking away on the laptop. I have great trust and respect for her!

They dropped and discharged me due to them billing the wrong insurance. Now they will not take me back in and I am unable to find another practice accepting patients at this time because of Covid 19. I can’t even get my medication I need refilled because of it!

I have been going to them for a long time, Dr. Brian Smith, my primary, is the best. He listens and answers all your questions. I never feel hurried or rushed. He is also very thorough. It is the same with all the professionals there. They don't keep you waiting too long and are caring group.
