Called on a Saturday because no one else was open. Had a very bad sinus infection and was seeing if he could prescribe me some prednisone to help with the inflammation. I have had Sinus problems since I was 18 and prednisone and antibiotics are always what they prescribe me. He was very rude and said that’s not what he prescribes and doesn’t know why they prescribe that for me because it’s not the treatment for Sinuses. The most unorganized, unprofessional office I have ever seen for a doctors office. When you call the office, they are annoyed to answer. They are always late and over booked. If the front desk even says hello to you, that will be the nicest they’ll be. They cancel your appointments an hour beforehand. It is a mess. The only reason I came here is because my insurance but I will definately be finding a new doctor. Not worth it.

Great service. My last Doctor was at Providence and if I needed something I had to leave a message and the nurse would call me back hours later. Here I can talk to reception or the nurse right away. Some of the lab work is done in-house so I don't have to go to another office to get blood drawn, etc. Appointments can often be made the same day if needed. Dr. DeLaney takes time to discuss any problems and is willing to work with me to resolve any issues.
