My family has been going to this group for years. The last three times I have called when someone has been sick they could not be seen. If they are not going to see my family when they are sick I need to find a new group of doctors who are indeed in the business of seeing sick people.
Having been a patient since 1991, I was very disappointed when I called today to see if my Dr could see me I hurt my back and was in pain, I needed to see a doctor…I was told no appointments open for today, so I told the lady I could wait until tomorrow if I could come after 2. I ask if my doctor had any open spots for tomorrow, she said he did, then I was told that she was unable to accept an appointment for the next day. Family Practice has always been the best in patient care.
Best Dr. I have had in many years. They really take there time with me. If they don't know something about my disability and my health. They will not stop searching for the correct answer. Because I have cerebral Palsy.
Dr. Ronderos changed my life. The surgery he performed on my back returned to me my quality of life. I was in constant pain, unable to even have a peaceful hour of sleep without intense agony. Now I can look forward to my life again. He and his staff treated me like I was their only patient, he explained everything ahead of time so I was not left wondering what would happen, and his aftercare answered any lingering questions I might have had about the healing process.
