Extremely unprofessional and arrogant doctors who disregard your medical history, changing your medication schedule for absolutely no reason
In early August 2026 I arrived for my annual physical and all went well. Instead of mailing or calling me to go over my results (which is what my former now retired family doctor did regularly ) this clinic and my Dr. Michael Dirks decided it was in their best interests to schedule a virtual visit to go over my results. Not once was it brought to my attention that they were going to bill me for 248.00 for the virtual visit. The doctor was very quick. I've spent 2 men's with me, didn't answer all my questions.
Front office is ok. My primary practitioner is informative and caring. I like the medical staff. They are friendly and take good care of patients
Caring people who want to heal others. There a breath of fresh air. I love these guys
