Great selection to choose from. However, they will say anything to get a sale and when forced to honor the buy back option less than 2 weeks later ....pennies on the dollar was given. They will publicly answer a negative review by clearly responding to everything BUT the real reason we were unhappy. Will not go back. The sale is what it is- half truths, false promises. The installation was the worse, showed up 3 days late. Took a week to complete a 4 hour job. As you can see in picture poor set up. So far does not leak. Installers lack any professionalism what so ever. Asked that bolts be covered and the pump turned so gauge could be read. I really enjoy this business as a whole. Another location of theirs is my regular spa supply store and I get exceptional service from them. I was passing the Ocala location on my way to the Villages and stopped in to pick up something I was running low on. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I got service with a smile and few funny jokes lol. Great place to do business with

I bought my pool here and what a wonderful experience it has been. I got great customer service, the best price,quality and I shopped all over. PLUS they in house financed me even though I am still rebuilding my credit. This business is awesome!

I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. From the moment we walked thru their door and to present day we are treated like we are their most important customer. We have purchased a swimming pool last summer and we just bought a new spa last week. I am happy to say we are thrilled with them both!!!! We got a great bargain on both without sacrificing quality. I BOUGHT A SWIMMING POOL AND A HOT TUB FROM THIS QUAINT OCALA STORE. WE ARE LOVING THE EXPERIENCE OF BOTH PURCHASES. THEIR PRICES FIT NICELY WITHIN OUR BUDGET AND THE QUALITY IS AMAZING.
