This place is poor managed. No one is in the office most of the time. We have waited hours outside. Things have been broke for Months. People are rude in the office. They lack compassion. My car was toad without proper legal notice for being a few day expired and no two jobs are at stake. I have never lived in such a crapy place. Fights outside constantly, drug dealers all around and most dont even live here. i have heard more gun shot herr then when i lived in Cleveland Ohio.
this place is a JOKE! It only got one star because it’s pet friendly!!!! Very nice, friendly and quick to move in but once you’re in there, it’s a nightmare! Different property manager VERY often (talking mos), only one maintenance man that rarely fixes anything, pool NEVER opens, ac unit goes out frequently and it’s ALWAYS money issues, plz keep allll money order receipts or ask for a print out!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST JUST SAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY THE TROUBLE && RENT ELSE WHERE!
Me and my gf have been staying here for 2 years and it have been the worst 2 years. They don't fix any of your problems and go up on your rent every year with no upgrades. They have been through four managers and nothing changes for the better. We have mold in the apartment they also they lie on the work orders saying completed.
