Calls did not go through, feels very scammy.
Called to inquire about transitional housing and temporary shelter. She said "we don't offer shelter, we only do case management and counseling." Not sure why their website says they offer shelter... very frustrating and humiliating.

I called this place last night and I asked about shelter for a family I was then cut off and asked what type of shelter I need I then repeated that I need shelter for a family the person on the phone then proceeded to tell me that they can't tell me if they are a shelter so I raised my voice and asked can you answer yes or no are you a shelter or not am I wasting my time and she stated that they were not a shelter she said no I'm now reading the reviews and it seems as if they are a shelter
This place let me run out of anxiety medication after almost dying, kept my only form of protection after I asked to leave (my taser) and literally never asked if I was even ok after traveling 8+ hours for safety. The employees are racist and the atmosphere is horrible for anyone truly trying to heal. Don’t waste your time. I’m reporting them to the state for withholding my seizure medication and my belongings which I signed for. They still have my anti seizure medication and I ended up in the hospital because of them.
