I have been with this group 30+ years. I missed an appointment and had to cancel two because my husband was battling cancer and could not be left alone (my husband passed away 5 and a half months after being diagnosed). They sent me a certified letter dismissing me as a patent. Thanks for nothing you bunch of uncaring jerks.
They take good care of you here and if you can't get a appointment with your doctor they'll try their best to get you in
