My personal experience over about a 2 year period. On average I spend 10 to 15 minutes on hold just to schedule an appointment. There is zero tolerance for being more than 15 minutes late, even if you have a 30 minute appointment for a 15 minute visitation. Sometimes they are very slow or don't send your prescriptions. And I can't count the number of times they have told me a specialist / referral was going to call me to set up an appointment, and they never call. (I don't block spam and I answer all my calls.)

I've been a patient there for 23 years. Apparently my doctor retired, however I was never given notice of this. I had referred several friends to the clinic, including a co-worker. My co-worker, who has been a patient there for 3 years, received a letter and personal phone calls asking if she would like to move to a different doctor within the practice. When I called to try and transfer within the practice, I was informed I could not because I didn't place myself on a waiting list. I don't know how I would have known to do t... read more
