I usually see Dr.Sames who is great and so is the rest of the staff but had to see Dr.Smith who I have had to see when the other is out he is terrible to communicate with he don't listen cuts you off constantly is rude in other words he has the beside manners of a bed pan!!

We've been at this practice longer than 18 years. That's where our family Doctor has been located since I was born and my parents and grandparents have gone there before that. He's been an Amazing Doctor. Then a few weeks ago he became ill (and they switched us to a not really good Nurse Practitioner...) . And, they also switched to the terrible "Kentucky One Health Care"...the relationship we've grown together over the years has been thrown down the gutter and the only thing they care about it "Policy and Procedures". It is too too hard to communicate with your doctor. My wife was forgotten about after calling a number of times about getting a prescription an infection. They need email like other Louisville hospitals and doctors and someone to manage the emails to get service!!!
