Received our Gandalf back. WAS amazed how quick and the professional service. LOVE the urn he came back to us in. and the engraved name plaque... WE have 3 more and when their time comes.. YES they will come to Family Pet...
Wow just picked up my boy Trigger that was cremated by them n I received a beautiful mahogany box with his ashes and it was engraved with his name on it. Also received a sympathy card. It meant a lot to me during this extremely hard time.
Family pet mortuary made the process easier than I had expected. John took my pet personally inside. He provided all of the info I needed and i couldn't believe the presentation of my pet when I picked her up. She was placed in a nice temporary urn, with a nice card, and a gift bag. I wasn't handed a bag of ashes like I expected. They took pride in how they gave her back to me and it made it special to know she wasn't disposable and was cared for at such an emotional time. They have handled every pet that I have had to say good bye to and they have done it with love.
My beloved bulldog of 8 years past away this Monday and with the help of monte vista small animal hospital we were informed of cremation services. We decided that would be the best way to lay our baby to rest. Yesterday we picked her up and I couldn't be more satisfied. I wasn't expecting everything we got back. Her ashes in a beautiful urn with her name, her paw print with her name plaque, a cremation certificate and a condolence card with her tag.
