Monte Vista Pet hospital along with Family Pet Mortuary were nothing but kind to my husband and I when we lost our Artie they even sent a handwritten note to us. I just want to say that they made us comfortable and I felt comfortable leaving our baby with them they handled him with care when they took him and gave him back to us. I hope this business stays as caring as it is now. Thank you guys for being so empathetic and kind.

Lost member of the family, My Boy Benson! Didn’t know where to go but Everyone at Family pet Mortuary did a fantastic Job very caring most of all Very helpful, my Benson was giving a Urn with engraved plaque so beautiful and Im very grateful for helping us. Would recommend anyone to Family Pet Mortuary, in Turlock Ca

I just lost my baby two days ago and they handled him with so much respect and even helped me out with an urn that had his named engraved along with his paw prints on a paper! I’m so grateful for the way they helped my family out god bless them!

I don’t even know we’re to begin! Our fur baby Zena passed so sudden and it was a shock and heartbreak to my family! It was pretty late at night and we had no idea what we were going to do! We called family pet mortuary and the owner was so nice and understanding! Even though it was after hours he still met with us over at the mortuary! It was like 9pm. The next day I called for a request to have her paw print to have one more piece of my baby and he made that happen for me! I was in total tears when I got her back! I couldn... read more

My baby cat Blu passed recently and I wanted him cremated and returned to us. My husband brought him to the vet as this was my first time doing this with a pet. I wasn't aware he was brought here for the service. I wasn't sure what to expect. We had him back in about 3 days and I was surprised at how he was taken care of. His box urn was beautiful with his name on it and very secure as I still have others pets in the home. We have a certificate of when it was done. Very professional and compassionate services. Thank you for taking care of our Rico. The letter of cremation and the sympathy card were beautiful. I cried when we got to his box. You handled every detail with care. I am so glad to hear even in death he was cared for through your transport services as well. He was one of the best dogs anyone could ever ask for. It is not the same without him.
