We love Family Pet Hosptial! The love, attention and great vet care that our pets get here is awesome. I highly recommend this facility to my friends.
Even though it was Christmas week, you squeezed in an appointment for my new kitty on short notice. You gave her your full attention while we were there. Love you guys.
Everyone on the staff has an "above and beyond" attitude. They are willing to go the extra mile whenever challenged and for any reason that involves providing better care for my "kids" after hours, weekends, it does not matter. What matters most to the staff is the care you and your pet are receiving. I am blown away with the incredible service provided. You can't buy this kind of service. Grass outside is well-kept. Nice to have an area where my dog can make a pit stop before she enters the office as she is nervous and I don't have to worry about her having an accident inside.
So nice to have help to the car with my dog and supplies! Really appreciate the extra touch. Very nice appearance. Great artwork.
This is going to be our new Vet for our dogs. Great staff, very professional.
I did not have wellness appointments for my pets--I was only dropping them off for boarding. I arrived just as the clinic was closing for lunch/training but the staff was very accommodating and helped get the pets checked in quickly.
I appreciate the good care our dog receives here. I love Family Pet Hospital and the entire staff. Dry, Woolley, Justin, Derrick, Michael, Angie, Aubrey...everyone is so considerate of my pets care. Love them!
Always very clean and inviting. Everything at Stone Oak Family Pet Hospital is outstanding! Our kitties have received the best care of their lives since they became your patients in 2005/2006, Dr, Woolley has done an excellent job of training the techs and other support personnel.
