This was our first visit and we felt that everyone was awesome. We really appreciated that Dr. Garcia took the time to personally call us to let us know what she found and what the treatment plan would be.

I received a text with a photo of my cat in her kennel, with the text saying "Hi, I'm doing great, see you in the morning!" Upon investigating, I found out that the person who sent the text was none other than the vet herself, Dr. Carolyn Stewart! That thoughtful gesture was above and beyond customer service though not surprising coming from the great staff at Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak.

This was my first visit.Carried my cat in for what I thought might be a broken leg. Dr. Wooley examined her right away. He stated she had what looked like possibly a cat bite. He assured me the leg was not broken. He said he would have to operate on the leg to get rid of the infection. He said she would probably have to stay overnight. You all did an amazing job and went above and beyond what I had expected. You all were an answer to my prayers. Sadie is doing well and back to her spunky self. Thank you so much! We prayed for the doctor and the team.

Incredible reception team. Everyone is greeted with a very sincere "hello" and we all realized as important customers. What is even more important, we are also recoganized as "family" and that is very important to me. Our pets are part of our own family and it is obvious that you truly understand that and care.

When we found Jojo under our house, the first place I took him was to your facility. He was treated with so much care and compassion and will remain a regular patient in your clinic. Thank you all for your professionalism and the care you provide to all your patients.

The quality of care and the attention to detail displayed by the staff is outstanding. You found health problems with my dog that my previous vet didn't even look for, and which coiuld have very well killed her if untreated. It's true that you get what you pay for and I am very happy with the quality of care you provide.

This place is great! They're very personable and friendly. Dr Armand extracted my toothand they made sure I was very comfortable during my visit. No pain other than the initial needle. The insurance went through smoothly and they were able to tell me the projected costs up front with the first visit. The only issue was finding it can be a little tricky. It's located in the same building as a bank, so if you're trying to find it, look for the Chase building on the corner.
