Wait time was a little long. Vet was very good
I brought my dog here in shear panic this weekend. Years ago I didn't have a very good experience. I must say they were very compassionate and I thank you. The outcome for my dog wasn't what I wanted as we never wanna here that being our fur babies. So thank you for giving me all the details and making sure I understood and being kind and compassionate about it. My only complaint is the family room being too small, hot and stuffy and I had to keep opening up the door.
Last week we had to say last goodbye to our beautiful 16 year old cat Chance. Few weeks before that we visit the Clinic where he got medicine which helped him to relieve the pain and make his last stage of life bit more conformable. Big thanks to all the staff from Family pet hospital for professionalism, care and kindness. It's very much appreciated.
Vet care is good but prices are expensive. It is close to where I live so it is convenient. Techs seem to really care about the animals. 24 hour emergency care is useful when you need it.
Staff members are so nice, always.
