Super disappointed with my recent visit here. The techs were extremely rude and I could even hear the techs screaming at my dog while trying to get an x ray. Demanding someone to sedate her. All i could hear was my dog screaming and the techs screaming right back at her saying things like “oh no dog you’re not going to do that with me”. She was terrified after she came home and had extreme diarrhoea after this event. The techs just said it’s because she was stressed as she isn’t a good dog at the vet. The people themselves are great. Although our last appointment the vet was over an hour late to see us as he was super late to work. My dog was already in distress about going to the vet, but being in that room for so long made him super anxious. I also asked to received a quote for getting our puppy neutered when the time came and they quoted us over 1000$, which is outrageous. I called other vets around the area and the highest I was quoted was 480 less than half. The other vets in the area thought that was also outrageous... read more
The staff are informed, professional and so, so kind to my dogs when they need some help. A++
The receptionists and technicians are always pleasant and helpful, and they made our visit very comfortable!
Dr Teri was very empathetic, and allowed me to see my best friend in their treatment area before leaving him in their care for the day. It eased my mind greatly, and I appreciate the care he got, as with the prescribed diet, he's back to himself. Thank you guys!
