I think they are unprofessional and unrespectful. My dog got fixed on a Tuesday and the Thursday after her eye was swollen like a golf ball so my wife took her back and they gave us some pills and left it at that. And it kept getting worse and worse so we took her to another vet cause it's always better to have more then one look at problems. And they said she either got hit or kicked or fell. I took my Beau Harley here to start laser treatment for his bad hips and elbow. The laser treatment is very affordable and I'm really hopeful that it will give Beau Harley a better quality senior life. Everyone was so wonderful, caring & knowledgeable!! I'm so glad I found them and look forward to working with them to help improve my baby's health. Thank you Family Pet Hospital!!
My pal Lucy was hit by a car & injured so badly she could not walk, I was hand feeding her & carrying her outside to potty. I was led to believe by the Dr at the animal ER that unbelievably expensive imaging & surgery were her only hope. Then I found this place, very affordable & non-invasive laser treatments from Family Pet Hospital have done wonders for her spinal injury. Family Pet Hospital saved my best friend.
So grateful to have Family Pet Hospital. This place is full of amazing people who truly care about your little babes. I will always drive the hour to come here for my cat now. They have cutting edge technology and were willing to give my cat the surgery he needs when numerous vets denied me. They did an amazing job and my little guy is doing so well. He loves everyone there so much!
They seem to genuinely care about what is best for their pet patients! Dr. Madsen is thorough and the nurses are sweet. Also, they have payment plans!
