I've been coming here for the past 2 years. I've always been happy with their prices and friendliness of the staff. RecommendedI have the highest regard for the staff and doctors of the Family Pet Hospital! I take all my pets there. They treat my babies with the utmost respect and care! Then, the next day, they make a personal phone call to see how they are doing. I love Dr. Marcel Lee! Her love for animals shows in the tender way she handles them. If I could give this place negative stars I would I’m not going to get into detail but we took my sister’s dog here because it jumped out of the truck and got hit by a car all this place cares about is money
Great service and caring staff. I do everything for my dogs and cats here. Boarding, grooming, doctor/dentist work. When my cat had cancer they accommodated us and were considerate. Thy even sent us a card afterwards with his paw print. Love this place!
Our 1st visit and alread so impressed. Dr. Lee check out Smokey very promptly and gave me a call with a plan to help him feel better.
This hospital is the most friendly and loving place to take your pet. I had to take my 19 year old lab to be put sleep the doctor and the nurses were so loving and kind and gave me all the time I needed to spend with him and say my last goodbyes. They all signed a sympathy card and mailed it to me. I am so grateful for the compassion showed to me and my dog!
We recently adopted a kitten from the shelter, he got really sick within a few days of the adoption. We took him to an after-hours facility on Sunday and they helped by prescribing antibiotics, but he continued to worsen through the week.
