Caring vet, but serious issues with follow-up and communication. The veterinarians here are knowledgeable and kind during appointments, but the follow-up care has been extremely disappointing. My dog was seen recently seen for persistent diarrhea. I followed the vet’s instructions carefully, including a bland diet, but when that didn’t help, I called back within a week to ask for medication. I left a message with the pharmacy, as instructed, and never received a return call — not that day, not the next, and not over the week... read more
