They are wonderful! not enough good things could be said about all the staff, the providers are so helpful, knowledgeable, and do not treat you like you are an idiot when asking any questions. The front desk staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming! The same with all the techs in the back. I do not regret traveling further to see them there!! great job everyone!

We are new clients and came to the clinic from Geneva. They were able to squeeze in an emergency appointment for our chicken with a broken leg. They were honest and helpful! After 4 weeks of limited mobility, our chicken rejoined her flock. Thank you!

Good people, kind and helpful, not condescending or judgmental or pushy; great diagnostics and gentle, thoughtful, thorough care/exams. They take the time to explain things and answer all your questions. Accommodating-easy to get an appointment, prompt with appointment time (no long wait). Easy accessibility (I have an older, large dog-my last vet did not even have a ramp-only steps, but this place has no steps and even helped me using a stretcher when needed). Also affordable care.
WE LOVE THIS OFFICE THEY ARE THE BEST
I take my dog Apollo to their office in Champion but I have had issues with him getting his nails trimmed after a pad injury to his paw. We decided to come to the kinsman office and see if Dr. Clayton would be able to trim his nails. Wow, Dr. Clayton was amazing and the office girls are so sweet and friendly. It is worth the 40 minute drive to see Dr. Clayton, I will now come to Kinsman for all Apollo's veterinary needs. Thank you Dr. Clayton you are amazing!!!
