Horrible customer service. I’d rather deal with the vet directly than the front desk & techs. Thank you for continuously making our visits so uncomfortable.

Highly recommend. Have a house full of pets that always receive excellent care from the Drs, and staff as well. Everyone is caring. The Drs practice good medicine but have an awesome bedside manner with the owners. They are always busy because of this but each time I’m in there they never seem rushed to move on to the next patient. They answer my questions, genuinely like my pets and do the best they can for them even when the outcome is out of their hands. Pretty sure I’ll be a client for life.
We love Dr Clayton and the staff. They always remember us when we come in with our boxers, especially our Gunner😋 Dr Clayton always takes his time and answers any questions you have. We never feel rushed. We know they care and we aren't just another customer.
I will never not bring my pets here! I can't think of one bad thing to say about this facility. Any time my pets are here for a visit or stay, the staff treats them as if they were their own. It's comforting to know that no matter what, my beloved pets are safe and well cared for. I absolutely adore the staff's great personalities. The veterinarians are extremely personable and educated. Dr. Clayton is an amazing vet...in every way. I drive about 35-40 mins. and will only let him treat and take care of my dogs. Compassionate, understanding, easy to talk to, takes his time, gentle, and very fair prices. Goes above and beyond call of duty.
Professional, accommodating, and reasonable prices. I drive over an hour to see their vets. I have been happy with all of them so far.
