I went here for an eye exam appointment. I thought I would be using my insurance but was told after the appointment that they don’t take my insurance. The woman behind the desk stated that there was a note in their system stating they don’t accept my insurance but she said she didn’t see it in time. I had to pay the $95 exam fee even though they knew they didn’t accept my insurance before the exam. This is a company that is on a military base and this is how they treat veterans, shame on them.

Their phone doesn’t get you directly to the office but their staff is nice, professional, considerate and thoughtful. They’re knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to care and scheduling, especially.
