Dr. Vo was truly one of the best eye doctors I’ve had. He made sure I understood everything and was very attentive to any questions I had. The ladies up front were super kind and understanding. I never knew I needed my eyes dilated until my appointment so I will return for that! He made sure my prescription was accurate! Such a well rounded, kind vision center.
I went here for an eye exam appointment. I thought I would be using my insurance but was told after the appointment that they don’t take my insurance. The woman behind the desk stated that there was a note in their system stating they don’t accept my insurance but she said she didn’t see it in time. I had to pay the $95 exam fee even though they knew they didn’t accept my insurance before the exam. This is a company that is on a military base and this is how they treat veterans, shame on them.
