This place is very unprofessional and they treat their staffs and their clients like a bag of money only nothing else Your never have a steady position, they will removed you for no reason There's no OT everything overtime counts as normal no holiday pays , no PTO , no break , no lunch ,no bonus for Christmas ( you only get yell at by the boss there ) no thank you for honest work, no human resources to speak to for unfairness No help with on call case manager ,they don't answer and never get back to you ************ doesn't ... read more

This is a business owned and operated by Yolanda Speed and her staff. I would recommend Family Options because of the love and care her staff provide for each consumer. They also give their providers the training & tools needed to care for the client. As a business Yolanda brings us all together as one family. For us to succeed, the business must succeed. Family Options is owned and operated by a very caring person whose goal is to place each client in a loving enviornment where the care providers are trained on a regular basis to offer the best care possible. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a home where their loved one will have the finest, loving care; and where they will be allowed to flourish to reach their potential.
Family options is really all i kno been there for 7 years and you have some great care providers but i will admit one care provider in particular is the best and i call her grandma. and yolanda the owner is a good lady and gods gonna bless her because she opened her arms for all of us to have great homes. I love family options. a good family environment to come too.
