Always helpful, great staff, excellent medical care. So helpful that walk ins are welcome!!
They refused to see us since there was 5 of us and they have a strict 4 people to a room. Hello there were 4 patients and me the adult. Really. Stupid policy. To top it off another patient threw up and they waited like 30 minutes before it was cleaned up and all the other kids were running around in it. Where is their damn policy on biohazard. Thats more important than 4 people to a room. Well they just lost this private insurance paying consumer.
They refused to see my infant granddaughter because my daughter took her three other children ages 8, 6, and 5 with her and they have a strict policy of only 4 people in the room and she didn't have another adult watch her children. They denied medical attention to a sick infant with fever. Who in their right mind does this?
I love the Harlingen Family Night Clinic! The doctors, nurses and P.A.s are all awesome! We tend to go there a lot since I work during the day and the kids have school and work as well. It works out perfectly. Front staff is always courteous! So glad we have this option in Harlingen!!!
