You know why the lady in the black cap didn’t tip today? Because I’m sick and tired of asking for something specific and getting completely ignored. And what makes this worse is that I’m usually the one defending nail salon workers when customers come in talking crazy or treating them badly. I’ve always had their backs—until today. they made fun of my finger nails and said i was lucky they were even doing my nails?! :(
I came in there earlier today. Left very disappointed. I asked the price of the service I was coming in to get before arriving. I was told the price would be $50. This was why I came to this salon, a lot of other places charge more and this salon showed very good designs. I ended up paying over $100 and was shown nothing but disrespect, while this place was clean, sitting there for an hour and not having one conversation and the TV that was playing shut off, it was not an enjoyable experience. Amazing experience. They listened to what I wanted and give advice when needed :)
Fantastic!!!! Had a pedicure and a manicure, eyebrow wax. Everyone was so nice and professional! Crystal was top notch!!! Can't wait to go back!!
