Family Movers Express was super helpful during my move! **** was very accommodating and flexible with the timing on my move. ***** and ***** were prompt, friendly, and moved in my belongings quickly! They even helped me set up a few items like my bed, couch, and TV. Everyone involved helped me achieve a stress free move, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!

we moved from Morrisville locally to Cary. Our old house was 3000 sq ft, and 2 floors. Asked for packing services too. Diane came out to do an estimate. She was very good and was clear she knew her stuff. We were nervous hiring a Raleigh moving company. Wife said search "movers in Raleigh NC" so that what I did. Everything was good

The guys did excellent job and we were very satisfied with their work until we discovered they stole our jewelry and electronics. The criminals were caught and tried. The company is to blame for not letting us know where their criminal employees lived. We wanted to buy back our staff from pawn shops around where they lived.

No issues here. Our move was from Raleigh NC to Orlando FL. Kevin and Mike were our movers that came to the house. Loaded everything in 2 hour flat. Everything was wrapped. The trip to Orlando took all day, and they were at our door in Oviedo, the next day ready to go. Everything was unloaded as we asked, they put the beds together and were on the way back to Raleigh in 2 hours. We had a flat rate, no surprises, and no damage. I ll definitely use them again

We hired these guys to move some of our furniture from storage to the beach. It was Mike, James, and Tony. They worked like I couldnt believe. They way they loaded the truck all the way up was amazing. There is no way I could have fit everything in that truck, but they did. Every single piece was wrapped in the house. They protected stairs, banister, floors, and exterior door. The house in Wilmington was easy. I m glad I used them.

This company rips off it's customers. They gave me an estimate, and told me they would put a "hold" on my debit card for that amount. Instead, they ran the estimated amount through, eventhoughthe movers finished an hour and fifteen minutes early. I was told by Nick that my money ($245.25) would be refunded in a couple of days. Every since then, my calls and texts are no longer answered and no money has been refunded. They have, basically, stolen my money. This company has shady, dishonest, business practices.

We had to move fast and we needed help with packing too. The crew showed up next day on time, and got busy. Kitchen, closets, panty, garage packed in 2 hours. Loading, driving unloading another 4 hrs. We are DONE. Thanks to these guys.

Terrible experience with Nick, was very rude and condescending. Tried to charge me for 2 extra hours before he would let his crew finish unloading the truck, threatened to have them put our stuff out by the road, told me I didn't have common sense and that I wasn't listening. If his crew had not taken a wrong turn and had not stopped everything could have been done in the original time but because of that we were charged an extra $172. He was also very rude to my sister in law as well. Please please DON'T use this company
