Worse Service ever. Arrived at 1000am. Waited 2hrs in waiting area. Then got taken with my Service Dog and Carer to a Consultation room. Was forgotten after 2hrs about as they only have one MA and x1 DR. I had go and find them I was waiting to the reception. Who came back that the Dr would be in 5 minutes. After being seen by the Dr and had blood tests etc. I awaiting for the paperwork at the front reception. I was approached by the MA wether a test had been done. Which they didn't do.
