Dr Elder is an amazing, compassionate pediatrician - he is thorough and thoughtful and really cares about providing excellent care. We have been really pleased with our care here and would recommend him to anyone. (Ps Jose - Dr. Elder’s medical assistant - is also awesome, so patient and kind!)
The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She rushed the whole conversation and I wasn’t able to properly explain to her why I was calling. She treated me like I was a kid and kept asking for my “moms” information. I’m 31. She also wasn’t able to get me an appointment at all. Wish I knew her name so I could warn people.
I prefer Center Street Lab over any other local labs. I am there quite often. They have always been really good at what they do and make me feel I am in good hands. Theres rarely much of a wait and they comply with Covid guidelines to the fullest. I highly recommend this business.
They are always very kind, considerate and professional not much wait time they go out of their way to accommodate you.
