OMG! Cannot believe such a bad, old, not caring, disorganized, bad PAMF organization. Inspite of getting an appointment for family vaccination including babies and toddlers. PAMF cannot even arrange proper vaccination clinic which can accommodate few hundreds on a busy vaccination season. Almost every building is empty still understaffed and vaccine clinic is as small as a bakery shop with 2-3 nurse. PAMF Management need to really be efficient if you want patients to appreciate the organization
Very good always - lab onsite, reception, nursing, doctors all great for 2 decades.
Both internal medicine and family medicine departments have declined significantly in the last two years. My understanding is that they have been understaffed for a long time, but when it begins to severely affect patients, it’s time to look for a new place! I know many people that have left or going to leave and I will be joining them soon. Such a shame.
Worst customer service, got transferred three times. All for at the end a receptionist to not even use complete sentences. I asked for an appt as a new patient. I was askedDOB.. usually people say..." Hi my name is XYZ can I start with your DOB?"...No information afterwards towards call back in XYZ or try this other clinic, where is the compassion, empathy in the health field?
I would give them zero stars for a billing related issue. I went in for a PCP visit to get a flu shot and for an annual physical, Dr. Serena Liu saw me and determined she wanted me to come back another day as it was already close to 5 pm and ended up charging me hundreds of dollars for a visit which was supposed to be an annual physical related visit! She did not communicate the billing implications.
