I have been coming to Dr. P for awhile and her and her nurses are great. Carl, is old, senile, and flat out the sole reason I need to find a new doctor. He point blank called me a liar because his memory (a 90 yr old man) must be better than mine, (a 32 yr old woman). Because of this, he also called my meds into the wrong pharmacy which didn’t have in stock and I’ve had to jump through hoops to get my meds. Very good doctor
I’m giving 2 stars bc Dr. Sarah, herself, is awesome. HOWEVER, the Guy at the front desk is an argumentative, nightmare. I was trying to BRING my whole family, but bc he was so horrible we are leaving. I wonder if the doctor has any clue how much business he drives away. We previously overlooked issues with dr orders not being sent when we were told they were, but after dealing with him this week, totally not worth it.
