I don't even know who these people are they called my phone twice while I was at work. didn't leave me any messages. I called as soon as I got off work. they answered the phone and asked me to hold. 10 minutes later after holding I hung up and called back got the answering service they apparently put me on hold shut their phones off and just never came back to it. guess there's no reason to come back to see what they wanted I would never recommend any business that operates like that
These doctors act like they are too busy for you. If you go here, I hope you have a family member who is in medicine who can help diagnose you, or I hope you are good at finding accurate medical information on Google. They ignored a CT scan of my husband's for a week. I was able to see it in his chart the day after it was ordered, but the doctor didn't bother to look at it. RecommendedDid you change phone number or is there something wrong with your phones ?
They screw up constantly and then make it seem like they are doing you a favor when you call them to fix it. The office staff are snarky and condescending. We didn't actually set eyes on our doctor for the first 3 years that we were patients here. There is a total lack of care and concern for the patients. They are only there to make money. The only reason we still go here is because my husband found out that he likes the doctor (once he decided to actually see/meet his patients).
My wife has had horrible luck with the billing department. She has been told many times that she should not be paying a bill that she is receiving yet they can't seem to get it take care of. On three occasions now she has been told that someone will call her back the following day and have never received a call. We finally got a letter that we were being sent to collections for a bill this office informed us multiple times that we didn't owe. Staff is always nice and it is easy to get into see someone if you’re sick
Haven't been going there long, but so far, so good. I like my doctor and appreciate the fact she listens to me.
