I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for about a year now and have zero complaints. It’s always easy to get an appointment, and I never wait more than 10–15 minutes after arriving. Check-in is simple, communication with the doctor is straightforward, and they even do bloodwork on-site, which is super convenient. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, professional, and never pushes personal opinions-just focuses on what’s best for me as a patient.
Unacceptable experience from the start. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc and received confirmation, only to be told an hour before the visit that it was canceled due to a “system glitch.” The person who called was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the fact that I was unwell and needed care.
