I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for about a year now and have zero complaints. It’s always easy to get an appointment, and I never wait more than 10–15 minutes after arriving. Check-in is simple, communication with the doctor is straightforward, and they even do bloodwork on-site, which is super convenient. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, professional, and never pushes personal opinions-just focuses on what’s best for me as a patient.

Unacceptable experience from the start. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc and received confirmation, only to be told an hour before the visit that it was canceled due to a “system glitch.” The person who called was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the fact that I was unwell and needed care. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, I was met with a cold “there’s nothing I can do” and no attempt to help or escalate. Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc and received a confirmation. Just one hour before the appointment, the doctor’s office called to cancel, claiming there was a “glitch” in the system and that the slot was already taken. I explained that I was sick and needed to see a doctor urgently—that’s why I booked the appointment in the first place. I've been to plenty of Doctors over the years. Dr. Vikas Shah, and his staff are some of the best people I have ever met or been a patient of. Dr. Shah is completely down to earth and one of the nicest Dr's I've ever had. Caroline is one the sweetest and most helpful people. As well as all the other staff who I've had the privilege of dealing with. Thank you, Dr. Shah & staff. I would recommend Dr. Shah, to anyone looking for a new Dr. He's a great Dr and person.
