Unacceptable experience from the start. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc and received confirmation, only to be told an hour before the visit that it was canceled due to a “system glitch.” The person who called was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the fact that I was unwell and needed care. Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc and received a confirmation. I've been to plenty of Doctors over the years. Dr. Vikas Shah, and his staff are some of the best people I have ever met or been a patient of. Dr. Shah is completely down to earth and one of the nicest Dr's I've ever had. Caroline is one the sweetest and most helpful people. As well as all the other staff who I've had the privilege of dealing with. Thank you, Dr. Shah & staff. I would recommend Dr. Shah, to anyone looking for a new Dr. He's a great Dr and person.

I can’t thank Dr. Vikas Shah enough for the outstanding care and support. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, but he also went out of his way to write a work-from-home note for me and even called to let me know it had been sent—on a weekend, no less!. That kind of thoughtfulness and dedication is so rare and meant a lot.
